Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
No deposit is required, however, card details valid for the duration of your booking are required and securely held on our fully PCI compliant system.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel or amend your booking within 7 days of arrival. If you cancel after this time then you are liable for a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date, then the full cost of your booking is chargeable.
Do you accept children?
We do not accept children under 16 years of age.
Do you accept dogs?
We regret that we are unable to accept any pets in any of our rooms. We do however accept Guide & Assist Dogs.
What happens if I need to cancel due to Covid-19?
We understand that we are living in uncertain times and have therefore amended our cancellation policy accordingly.

What time can I check In and Check Out?
Check In is from 3pm and Check Out is by 11am each day.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have a free car park for all our residents.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, we offer free WiFi throughout the hotel – please be aware that due to slow broadband speeds into the village sometimes the speed into the hotel isn’t very fast.
